PQQ----An Essential "Cofactor" for Specific Enzyme

Mostly known Pyrroloquinoline quinone,a vitamin analog, is of vital importance for mitochondrial function. Mitochondria are the energy powerhouse within our cells. In addition to it, PQQ is also an essential "cofactor" for specific enzymes involved in cellular functions,including cell growth, development, differentiation and survival which enables to rejuvenate your brain.  Graduate School and Chancellor’s Professor at the University of California, Berkeley:“PQQ belongs to a class of quinone cofactors,there is a whole family of quinone cofactors, but in all of those instances, the cofactor directly connects to the protein; PQQ is a free-standing cofactor. Wecould know, cofactor, a component, other than the protein portion, of many enzymes which means that PQQ must be involved before these enzymes can play their role in building cellular compounds. Otherwise, these enzymes cannot function.
